Quoruns
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This policy explains what Quoruns ("we", "the service") collects, why, and who
it's shared with. Quoruns is an AI tool that runs your prompt through several language
models and returns a combined result.
Important: the text, context, and files you submit are sent to third-party AI
providers to generate responses. Don't submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive
personal information you wouldn't want processed by those providers.
What we collect
- Account info — your email address (and basic profile from Google, if you sign in
with Google), handled through our authentication provider.
- Your content — the prompts, context, constraints, and files you submit for a run.
- Run data — your run history, saved prompts, and per-account usage counts.
- Technical data — basic request metadata (e.g. IP address) used for security and
rate-limiting, and small browser-local settings (theme, sidebar state, session token).
How we use it
- To run the model council and return your results.
- To store your history and saved prompts so you can return to them.
- To enforce per-account usage limits and protect the service from abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we don't use your prompts to train our own models.
Who we share it with (subprocessors)
To operate, Quoruns relies on these third parties, each under their own terms and privacy
policies:
- AI model providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Your prompts and context are
sent to one or more of these to generate responses.
- Supabase — authentication and the database where your account, runs, and saved
prompts are stored.
- Render — application hosting.
- Semantic Scholar — queried for sources when you use the Research method's
scholarly mode.
Data retention & your choices
Your runs and saved prompts are kept until you delete them or ask us to delete your account.
Each user's data is isolated from other users at the database level. To request access to,
or deletion of, your data, email us at the address below.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and your data is isolated per account. No system is
perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data.
Children
Quoruns isn't directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we
don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
