Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Quoruns ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Quoruns is

Quoruns runs your prompt through several AI language models and returns a combined result. Access is currently invite-only and provided free of charge, on an "as is" basis.

2. AI output — no guarantees

Model output can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. Quoruns does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Verify anything important before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use the output.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
You're responsible for activity under your account.
Access is invite-only; we may grant or revoke access at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
Submit content you don't have the right to submit, or that infringes others' rights.
Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, authentication, or other users' data.
Scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its providers.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and files you submit. You grant us permission to process them — including sending them to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy — solely to provide the service. Outputs are generated by third-party models and are also governed by those providers' terms; we make no claim of ownership over them and give no guarantee of their accuracy or fitness for any purpose.

6. Availability & limits

Usage quotas, features, and availability may change at any time. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without notice.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Operator: update this with your specific jurisdiction.)

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
